Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races 2005

| 1. | All team members must register as the Associate Members of the Association, the subscription fee of HK$20 each is included in the entry fee. |
| 2. | All paddlers in a team must be full time employees/ members/ students of the organization/ club entering the races for at least three months at the time of submission of the bio-date form which is to be completed by each member of the crew. |
| 3. | There is no gender restriction for steersmen and drummers. There is no woman may participate in a men's crew and vice versa, and a mixed crew shall race with at least eight female paddlers, up to a maximum of twelve. Each team must consist of at least 16 in order to race. |
| 4. | A paddler could only be registered at the maximum under the name of 2 crews. i.e. one Man's crew & one Mixed crew OR one Women's crew & one Mixed crew. |
| 5. | Teams should only take part in either race that is the local races OR Teams take part in both races will have to give up their right in racing in the International races on Sunday neglecting their racing results on Saturday. That is the team will race on Saturday. That is the team will race on Saturday for local races and on Sunday for the International races. |
| 6. | The Juniors' Championship is open to juniors of age from 12-18 years. There is no gender restriction. |
| 7. | For those category where entry fee is waived. Each organization may enter at the maximum of 2 crews. |
| 8. | The crews must be prepared to compete in the races scheduled on both days of 18th June (Saturday) – 19th June 2005 (Sunday). |
| 9. | Any crew, which contravenes the above rules, will be disallowed to start in the race(s) for which it has been entered, or it may be disqualified by the judges after the race(s). |

| 1. | 每一參賽隊伍成員必須成為香港龍舟協會個人會員，參賽報名費用已包括各隊員之龍協個人會員年費(港幣20元)。 |
| 2. | 每一參賽隊伍成員必須為該機構之全職員工／屬會成員／學生，並在呈上登記資料時已在該機構入職／成為該屬會成員／已就讀該學校或學院最少超過3 個月。 |
| 3. | 舵手或鼓手沒有性別限制。男子組賽事划手必須由男士擔任，女子組賽事必須由女士擔任。男女子混合隊最少有8名女划手，最多只可達12名女划手。不論任何組別，每隊需要最少有划手16人出賽。在本地賽中，每隊只可報名其中之一組賽事。 |
| 4. | 每位划手最多只可登記成為兩隊的禪賽成員，即1隊男子隊及1隊男女子混合隊 或 1隊女子隊及1隊男女子混合隊。 |
| 5. | 凡參加本地賽事,其在星期六首場之賽事時間，將作為星期日國際賽之排位成績。而海外隊伍均需要於星期六參加一項時間賽事，作為星期日國際賽之排位成績。 |
| 6. | 凡參與青少年錦標賽必須為12至18歲(沒有性別限制)。 |
| 7. | 凡報名費被豁免的比賽項目，每一團體最多可以派出2隊參賽。 |
| 8. | 參賽成員必須準備於6月18日 (星期六) 及6月19日 (星期日) 隨時出賽。 |
| 9. | 若任何參賽隊員違反以上規定，所屬參賽隊伍將會被禁止出賽或於賽事後被裁判取消資格。 |
