Please read the enrollment flowchart and user manual carefully before login the system. Please follow the instructions to complete all the procedures, pay the fees and submit the required certification documents (if applicable) before 23:59 on Monday, 4 May 2015 (HK Time).
Admin fee will be charged for the enrollment in written:
$300/small boat team/category
$500/standard boat team/category

The Home Affairs Bureau and LCSD will continue launching the “School Sports Programme Coordinator Scheme” (Scheme) in September this year, with the support of the Education Bureau and the Hong Kong Sports Institute, and funding from the Arts and Sport Development Fund. Please visit http://www.lcsd.gov.hk/en/ssp/coordinator/coordinator_intro.html for details.
The Scheme will last for three years (from 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2018), with 18 quotas opened for applications by all local government and aided secondary schools. Each successful applicant school will receive a maximum subvention of $350,000 each year for implementing sports programmes for students to promote a sporting culture in school, and deploying a retired athlete as the School Sports Programme Coordinator to implement the related sports programmes.
The Scheme will also offer 18 posts of School Sports Programme Coordinators for retired athletes with secondary education level, who have received training at least 2 years under Hong Kong National Team, and have represented Hong Kong to participate in international competitions.
Interested parties please submit the completed application form to HKCDBA Secretariat (Address: Room 1032, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay on or before 31 March 2015.

To strive for the construction of water sports centre at Kai Tak, HKCDBA joined HKCU and HKCRA to conduct a sports demonstration inside the old runway at Kai Tak on October 5, 2014. Having already received Government policy support for the project, HKWSC is in the process of drawing up venue and operational plans for the centre, and subject to finalizing the funding arrangements, hopes to begin activities here within the coming 12 months.

We are pleased to announce that the 16th Hong Kong Dragon Boat Championships which is organized by Hong Kong China Dragon Boat Association and subvented by Leisure and Cultural Services Department will be held on 27 & 28 September 2014, Saturday & Sunday at Shing Mun River, HKCDBA Training Centre, On King Street, Shatin. To promote dragon boating in becoming an elite sport in Hong Kong, as well as strengthen the motivation of affiliated clubs, HKCDBA now offers a Hong Kong Cup for the best performing club in 500-meter Race will become the Affiliated Club Representative Team taking part in a designated international dragon boat race abroad. The Association has always been committed in promoting of dragon boating in Hong Kong for years. To make our sport more interesting and fun, HKCDBA would like to introduce you to a new category – the dragon boat tug of war. 留意學員必需帶同實習紀錄卡完成5次(天)實習才能取得證書。之後另可領取裁判紀錄冊(執照)一本及工作服一件。但請預先致電秘書處安排。
也提醒各位，獲得執照後請謹記在「每年」辦理「裁判註冊及續會」手續。另外，也需在「每年」3月份辦理龍協個人會員之續會手續。

International Dragon Boat Races 2014
International Dragon Boat Races 2014 Bulletin 2 is now available.
The entry deadline is postponed to 31 March 2014. Please submit all the forms and pay all the fees on or before 31 March 2014.
For those organisations / companies with an intention to set up an in-house dragon boat team for 2014 IDBR, comprehensive race package is now available.

2013年香港龍舟代表先後在日本橫濱「第二十屆橫濱龍舟節」以破大會紀錄的成績贏得「國際冠軍杯」，及在「第十一屆世界龍舟錦標賽」中勇奪「標準龍24歲以下混合組200米」及「公開組小龍200米」銅牌。香港龍舟代表隊新一年度訓練即將展開，現正招募隊員入隊，詳情請查閱附件。

Inter-Secondary School Dragon Boat Championship 2014
We are pleased to announce that the Inter-Secondary School Dragon Boat Championships 2014 which is organized by the Hong Kong China Dragon Boat Association; subvented by Leisure and Cultural Services Department and supported by Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation will be held on 18th May, 2014, Sunday at Shing Mun River, HKCDBA Training Centre, On King Street, Sha Tin.
